Job responsibilities - Coordinate drivers ensuring pre-start checks are carried out and drivers depart the depot on schedule
- Provide relief on runs on any system as required
- Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
- Perform loading and unloading duties of waste as required
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
- Operate user-friendly computerised systems and other work-related systems
- Drive a safety-first culture
Essential skills and experience - Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence as a minimum
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/teamwork capabilities
- Computer skills in MS office and operational databases desirable
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
